Qatar Pledges 3m to Ukrainian Human Rights Body
Funds Aim to Provide Support for Children and Others
Qatar has pledged $3 million to the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to support the body's work in Ukraine.
The funds will be used to provide assistance to children and other vulnerable groups affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
This is the first time that Qatar has made a direct financial contribution to the UNHRC.

Al Jazeera is the first media organization in Qatar to receive the Top Employers certification.
Qatar Will Not Allow Interference in its Foreign Policy

This comes amid reports that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are pressuring Qatar to change its stance on Iran.
